• Booking in only for entire propriety, it isn't possible to book single rooms.
• Weekly booking, from Saturday to Saturday.

• Payment method: Bank Transfert.
• Deposit: 30% of the weekly price.
• Balance: Bank Transfert 30 days before arrival date.
• Cancellation Policy: Deposit forfeited if you cancel your booking.

• Electricity. Excluded air-conditioned's electricity.
• Towels and bed linen.
• Water.
• Gas for cooking.
• Hot water.
• Child’s cot.
• Cleaning at the end of your stay and pool cleaning service.

• Telephone.
• Heating and air condition

By request, not included in the weekly price.

• Extra changes of linen for bedrooms.
• Bathrooms and kitchen.
• Cleaner, cook, baby sitter and pool towels.
• Guests can book characteristic Tuscan dinners prepared especially by a talented cook and delivered to the house.
