On the A1 autostrada (Milano/Napoli), exit at Firenze Certosa and head for Siena on the superstrada. Take the Poggibonsi Nord exit and follow the signs for Certaldo or Empoli. At the end of the Poggibonsi orbital road you will come to a roundabout leading onto S.S. 429 (the “PAM” supermarket is on the left).

About 3.5 km after the roundabout on S.S. 429 you will come to a turnoff for Vico d’Elsa on the right. Take the road to Vico and when you reach the village outskirts (about 1 km), turn right at the first junction. This is Via della Villa and after about 300 metres you will find the entrance to Villa San Michele on the right.
