  2. What time can we arrive at and leave the property?

    The arrival time is between 5 and 8 o’clock p.m.
    The property must be vacated by 10 o’clock a.m. on Saturday.
    Every change to the above times must be stated when placing your booking.
    The owner or a representative will welcome you upon arrival and show you the house, supplying all the information you might need.

  3. What do we have to do if we can’t respect the arrival time?

    Call the manager (you will find the telephone number on the rental coupon) or call our office.

  4. Is the price per room, apartment or person?

    Booking in only for entire propriety, it isn't possible to book single rooms.

  5. Does the price include breakfast?

    No, breakfast is not served.

  6. Are there any additional costs payable upon arrival?

    A 800.00-euro deposit must be paid. Guests failing to do so will be denied access to the property.

  7. How do we pay the deposit? When will it be returned?

    The deposit must be paid in cash and will be returned upon departure, deducting the costs due to cover any damages or extra expenses.

  8. Is heating included?

    No.

  9. Is electricity included?

    Yes. Excluded air-conditioned's electricity.

  10. Is the villa accessible by the disabled?

    No, much to our regret.

  11. Can we pay the balance upon arrival?

    No. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival at the very latest.

  12. What do we have to do if something breaks or requires repair during our stay?

    You must contact the owner.

  13. Are there any quiet, romantic, reserved rooms?

    Yes, every room is romantic, quiet and reserved.

  14. Is linen supplied?

    Bath, room and kitchen linen are incluse and will be changed each week.

    Yes, there is satellite television.

    Yes.

  17. Is there air-conditioning?

    Yes, in all rooms.

  18. Is there a swimming pool?

    Yes (6x12 metres), open from May 1st to September 30th.

    Yes.

    Yes, the entrance gate is locked at night.

  21. Are there any shops or supermarkets nearby?

    In the centre of the hamlet, just a short walk away, there is a small grocery store selling bread, fresh fruit and vegetables and frozen meat. The nearest supermarket is 3.5 Km away, on the road to Poggibonsi.

  22. Where is the nearest village or town?

    Poggibonsi (6 Km).

  23. Where is the nearest railway station?

    Poggibonsi (6 Km), Firenze (35 Km).

  24. Where is the nearest airport?

    Firenze (45 Km).

  25. Is there a fitness centre on the property?

    The property has a Jacuzzi, as well as a big swimming pool.

  26. Is there a restaurant on the property?

    No, but a cook can be supplied by request.

  27. Which forms of payment are accepted?

    Bank transfer.
